Summit Avenue was once the most prestigious neighborhood in Saint Paul, home to millionaires, moguls, and the hundreds of domestic servants that made their lifestyle possible. Today, it is the longest intact stretch of Victorian mansions in the nation.
However, the picturesque exteriors of these Gilded Age gems hide many strange secrets. Join us for this 90-minute walking tour of St. Paul’s own “Millionaire’s Row,” where we’ll uncover stories of scandals, murders, ghosts, gangsters, and more surprising histories hidden in plain sight.

DETAILS:
PRICE– $25 if ordered by June 21st; $30 starting June 22nd.
LENGTH– Tours are roughly 90 minutes, and will cover a little over a mile with frequent stops. This tour will be walking along public sidewalks.
LOCATION– Tours depart from and return to Summit Lookout Park, at 418 Summit Ave, St Paul, MN 55102 (across from the University Club).
PARKING– Parking is nearby street parking. Please be mindful of parking signs and restrictions.
FACILITIES– Our tour has no restrooms or facilities of its own.
WEATHER– Tours are entirely outdoors and will proceed in all weather conditions, unless there is severe weather (e.g. lightning, tornado, etc). Please dress appropriately for the weather and wear footwear appropriate for outdoor walking. In the event of a severe weather cancellation, guests will be notified by email and text no later than one hour before the scheduled tour, and any payments made will be refunded.
CONTENT– This tour contains brief mentions of prostitution, grisly murders, and other topics that may be inappropriate for children under the age of 13.
